Welcome to the Residential Provision
The residential provision within school provides high quality accommodation and facilities for up to 15 pupils up to the age of 19 years, four nights each week during term time.
The boarders are cared for by a team of experienced child carers. The team comprises: Head of Care, Deputy Head of Care, Care Officers (day and waking night), Care assistants and a teacher who has additional responsibility for residential pupils.
The accommodation has been designed, decorated and furnished, to be as homely as possible whilst maintaining all the practicalities needed for housing up to fifteen children/young people with a range of needs.
A large team of professionals and carers work together to provide consistency and continuity in meeting educational, social, health and emotional/behavioural needs. Along with the families of the boarders, colleagues from education, care, medical, speech and language, psychology and social services work together, ensuring a trans-disciplinary approach.
At all times the provision aims to be a warm and safe environment in which everyone is valued and enabled to develop as happy and confident individuals who appreciate their own worth.
If you would like to discuss the provision further and/or arrange a visit to see the accommodation, please call...
