As part of our food exploration for D of E we have been thinking about what food we can cook during an expedition. Katie shared a home favourite and we trialled the recipe today. The dish included pasta, mushrooms, broccoli, smoked sausage and sauce. We sprinkled cheese on the top and baked in the oven. It tasted really delicious. We also made lemonade scones. These worked well and we were able to use some of our blackberry jam.
